Your Y Birthday Party includes!
- 2 Hour Party (1 hour in the activity area & one hour in the party room).
- Birthday party host(s) who leads all activities plus sets-up/cleans-up the party.
- YMCA Birthday shirt for the Birthday child.
- Small party favors for Birthday guests.
- Party supplies are provided (including: tables, chairs, napkins, solid color tableclothes, utensils, plates and cups).
- Every guest will also receive a free day pass to come back and enjoy another fun day at the Y.
Choose Your Party
Package 1: POOL PARTY
Get ready to make a splash! Kids love our birthday pool parties. After a fun hour of water play, the party moves on to a Private Party Room for the last hour for more festivities (and birthday treats).
Package 2: BOUNCE HOUSE PARTY
Most kids have never met an inflatable they didn't like. We're the same! At this party, kids bounce, race and giggle the hour away. During the last hours, the party moves into a Private Party Room for more celebration time.
Package 3: SPORTS PARTY
Your special athlete can choose from a variety of sports to be played in our gymnasium. Popular options include basketball, indoor soccer, floor hockey and relay races. At this party, everyone is guaranteed to feel like an MVP.

Our parties are scheduled during our normal business hours. Availabilty times are listed below.
- Pool Parties: 1:30-3:00 pm
- Bounce House or Sports Parties: 2:00-4:00 pm
- Pool Parties: not available at this time (check back later)
- Bounce House or Sports Parties: 11:00am-4:00 pm
To receive Y Member pricing, the guest of honor must have a Y Membership. Our rates for our packages are listed in the chart below. Each package listed is based on a party of up to 15 children. If more children will be attending, an added fee will be charged. The maximum number of participants at any of our parties is 30 children.

*More than 15 children attending: added fee of $10 will be added to the Pool Party Package and an added fee of $15 will be added to a Bounce House or Sports Party.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
A $75 deposit is due at the time of registration. The full balance is required one week prior to the party date. If you wish to cancel your party, one week's notice is required. Deposits are non-refundable. If any unforseen circumstances occur causing the YMCA to cancel a party, a full refund will be issued.
- Adult supervision is required at all time. Although we have party hosts facilitating the special event, parents/guardians must be present during the parties.
- Party participants must adhere to the facility rules, including pool requirements. Children ages six and younger must be within arm’s reach of a parent or caregiver. A parent/caregiver may only supervise two red band children at a time. If a child is unable to swim on their own, a YMCA provided life jacket must be worn at all times.
