GYM
The gym is the main part of the YMCA. We offer many events and activities in our gym. There is also a lot of free time for pick up games and exercise.
*Children must be 9 and up to be unaccompanied a the Y.
*Children 8 and under must be directly supervised by a person 16 years of age or older.
CARDIO ROOM
Members and guests 13 years and older are welcome to work out on our cardio equipment and full circuit Nautilus Area. Instruction on how to use the equipment appropriately can be scheduled with Member Services.
**Training by Malone YMCA staff is a requirement before kids 13-18 can use the cardio and weight equipment**
FREE WEIGHT ROOM
Members and guests 16 years and older are welcome to work out in our free weight room. Instruction on how to use the equipment appropriately can be scheduled with Member Services. Children 16-18 years old must be trained prior to using the Cardio Area.
POOL ROOM
Play pool anytime at the YMCA
YOUTH CENTER
Open Wednesday, after school until 5:30 PM for members in grades 6-8.
*Tentative Afterschool Teen Program to begin 1/3/2021. M-F, afterschool until 5:30 PM. Stay tuned for more information.

Fitness on Demand Center
Members can access over 300 virtual fitness classes that are projected onto the wall for the most optimal viewing experience. Members can take various fitness classes including: Yoga, Cycling, Dance, HIIT, Kickboxing and more!
